Presentation Style and Principles

We believe that the people who take the time and/or spend the money to come to a conference, presentation or workshop deserve to have an experience that is both informative and entertaining.

We hate with a passion going to conferences and presentations where people present a series of PowerPoint slides with detailed information and series of dot points.

If a presentation could have been emailed to someone and they get as much out of it as attending the event then going to the event is a waste of time. We design the presentations  in order to make an impression that people remember weeks later.

Therefore:

  • Wherever possible we prefer using the Prezi presentation system (Click HERE to take you to an example) which supplies a different and compelling visual experience.
  • We design the presentations so that there are a limited number of key messages which are linked to novel ideas or images.

  • We create simple and clean presentations that often only have a single word, image or number, or quote on the screen at any one time.
  • We will make the presentations available straight after the conference or presentation in multiple formats via links in our websites so people can relive the experience of the presentation or show them to colleagues. These formats will have links that people can follow to original image or information sources.
